Our Head Alchemist, or our Head "Coffee Brewing Specialist" as she is known, has been trained in 1999 in Seattle not only in the understanding, mechanics and functional capabilities of the espresso machines (under the brand LaMarzocco) but also in the understanding of brewing up and cupping of that perfect cup of coffee, namely in the areas of body, acidity, volume and strength.
She has also trained with Allegro Coffee Company, a Coffee Roaster (also based in Seattle), on the finer points of understanding the various types of beans, and the processes which they go through from beans to cups.
She has attended various coffee conventions both locally and in the U.S., and has been in the Coffee Line the last 11 years, ranging from the post of Assistant Director and General Manager in various coffee chains.
Our Head Alchemist, will be training and personally coaching all future Alchemists, in order to fully understand and inculcate further the pride of brewing that perfect cup of coffee, anytime, every time.
